SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Rancho Vista LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located in Columbus, Ohio, and operating under the brand name Glamour18 ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins October 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM Central Time and ends October 25, 2026 at 8:00 PM Central Time. Purchase entries must be made during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries may be sent at any time prior to the postmark deadline and must meet the postmark and received-by deadlines stated in the How to Enter section below.
HOW TO ENTER
There are two methods of entry. Method One – Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit glamour18.com and purchase eligible merchandise. Each eligible product will clearly state the number of Sweepstakes entries received with that purchase. Method Two – Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words "GLAMOUR18 WK 43" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to: Rancho Vista LLC, 840 E Como Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43224. Mail-in entries that do not include "GLAMOUR18 WK 43" will not be accepted for this Sweepstakes. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive two hundred forty (240) entries into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry card per envelope; each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in an individual envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than October 25, 2026 and received no later than October 28, 2026 by 12:00 PM Central Time. Purchase entries and mail-in entries are treated equally on a per-entry basis. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may receive through either method. No purchase is required to participate.
PRIZES
Five (5) winners will be selected: one (1) Grand Prize winner and four (4) Second Prize winners. Limit one (1) prize per person.
Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) of the prize options described below, at winner's election:
Option A — One (1) 2026 GMC Sierra Denali pickup truck, delivered to winner's address, plus payment by Sponsor of federal income tax withholding as described in the Taxes section below (total approximate retail value $157,896, consisting of a vehicle with an approximate retail value of $120,000 and a federal tax withholding payment of approximately $37,896).
Option B — Cash: Forty-Five Thousand United States Dollars ($45,000), paid by check or wire transfer, subject to all applicable tax withholding.
Second Prizes (4): Each Second Prize winner will receive One Thousand United States Dollars ($1,000), paid by check, wire transfer, or electronic payment. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize: $1,000. No alternative prize is available for Second Prizes.
Any vehicle awarded is awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties except manufacturer warranties, if any. Sponsor makes no representations or guarantees regarding condition, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor will arrange and pay for transportation of the vehicle to winner's address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. Winner is responsible for all title transfer fees, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with claiming or using the prize.
The Grand Prize winner must notify Sponsor of their election among the options above within fourteen (14) days of notification. If no election is made within that time, winner will be deemed to have selected Option A. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $161,896.
DRAWING
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on October 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn first, followed by the four (4) Second Prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by phone, email, or direct message using the contact information submitted with the entry. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of first notification attempt. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, is found ineligible, or fails to sign and return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release before the prize is awarded.
TAXES
If the Grand Prize winner elects Option A, Sponsor will pay federal income tax withholding on winner's behalf in an amount equal to thirty-one and fifty-eight hundredths percent (31.58%) of the approximate retail value of the vehicle, which equals twenty-four percent (24%) of the combined value of the vehicle and Sponsor's tax payment. Sponsor will remit this payment directly to the Internal Revenue Service on winner's behalf and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the approximate retail value of the vehicle plus the amount of Sponsor's tax payment. Sponsor's tax payment is limited to the amount described in this paragraph. Any federal income tax owed in excess of that amount, and all state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the Grand Prize winner elects Option B, all federal, state, and local taxes on the cash prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and Sponsor may withhold up to twenty-four percent (24%) for federal income tax as required by law and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the amount of the prize received. All taxes on Second Prizes are the sole responsibility of each Second Prize winner, and Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner receiving prizes valued at $600 or more. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional prior to accepting any prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or printing errors.
PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
DISPUTES
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of Ohio.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this Sweepstakes.
